IN THE EVENT OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY CORRECTIONS, REPAIRS, AND SERVICES.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FAVORMARK.COM, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DEMANDS, COSTS OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY AND ALL USE OF FAVORMARK.COM
STATEMENTS THAT MAY BE POSTED ON THE USER PAGES OF FAVORMARK.COM ARE NOT THOSE OF ITS OWNERS OR MANAGEMENT, WHO DO NOT MONITOR OR REVIEW USER PAGES, AND THE CONTENT OF USER PAGES IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS.
You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided by Favormark.com to compromise security or tamper with system resources. Should you become involved in any tampering with system security, Favormark.com may, at its discretion, cooperate with management of other sites and with appropriate authorities, assisting in investigating of security incidents.
Favormark.com may investigate suspected violations of this Customer Agreement, may take offline and ultimately remove any content that violates this Customer Agreement, and will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court order with regard to violation of this Customer Agreement. BY USING FAVORARK.COM YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS FAVORMARK.COM, ITS OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY FAVORMARK.COM, ITS EMPLOYEES, MANAGEMENT OR AGENTS DURING OR AS A RESULT OF SUCH INVESTIGATIONS AS WELL AS FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUNCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY FAVORMARK.COM OR THIRD PARTIES, SUCH AS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
You are responsible for complying with local laws.
You are responsible for the security of your password.
Although by the very nature of the service the user pages of Favormark.com may contain links other Internet sites which may contain material that some people may find inappropriate, you acknowledge that Favormark.com, its owners and management are not responsible for any aspect of the content of those other sites such as legality, decency, accuracy, copyright compliance, or any other aspect of the content of such sites. Favormark.com does not take any steps to examine any aspect of the content of such sites and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding those third-party sites. With respect to such sites, you waive irrevocably any claim against Favormark.com, its owners, or management.
If any portion of this Customer Agreement turns out to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that portion will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining portions of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be modified from time to time without notice. Your continued use of Favormark.com will be deemed as acceptance of any modifications.
