- seeks to exploit or harm children
- libels, defames, or invades privacy
- is threatening, offensive, abusive, or racist
- you do not have the right to transmit under any contractual or other relationship
- advocates or promotes illegal activity
- includes any computer code, files or programs designed to interfere with functionality of any technical system
- contains links to the content, which falls within the descriptions set out above
