Your Favormark address book is simple and flexible. There are no forms with large yet limited number of fields. You arrange your records in a way that fits your needs best.

• You can create a folder per each person and put any number of records in it: e-mail addresses, phone numbers, directions, notes about tastes of family members, bookmarks of personal and business Web pages, etc.
• If you don't want to create a folder per person, name all items belonging to a person (e-mail and phone number, for example) beginning with the person's name. As the page sorts items by title, your contact's phone and e-mail will always be next to each other and sorted alphabetically, making them easy to find.
• If you have quite a few contacts, you can create folders "A" to "Z", "Friends" and "Colleagues", or any others you find useful.

Make sure you put your address book in a protected folder. If you opened protected folders or modified your page at a public place such as an Internet cafe, leave your page by clicking the Exit button.

You can easily find any item in your address book. You can also print your address book or any part it. For example, you may want to print out only the items you need handy on a trip.
