Move items between the folders with your mouse!

If you can see the both the item and the target folder, drag the item directly to the folder.

If the target folder is too far from the item to be seen, use the Envelope tool. First, make sure that the Envelope is empty (see Using the Envelope for details). Then, add any number of items to the Envelope by dragging them onto the icon. Finally, drag the Envelope onto the target folder. All items that you have added to the Envelope will be moved to the target folder!

To grab an item, place the mouse cursor over the item's icon and hold down the mouse button. Then move your mouse. You will see the shadow of the icon under the cursor as you are dragging the item along. When the mouse cursor is over a folder, release the mouse button. The item will move there! Use the same technique to drag items to the Envelope of the Trash Bin.
