Generally, you don't need to enter a password to see your page. Just go to http://favormark.com/Name_of_Your_Page. This is convenient and provides initial level of privacy and security: the name of your page is unknown to strangers (unless you publish it) and it's impossible for a stranger to determine the ownership of the page (unless you write your name on it).
However, some of the items on your page, such as friends' email addresses and phone numbers, or your Internet passwords need further protection. Put such items in a separate folder and make that folder protected.
To turn on password protection for a folder, select that folder and click on the EDIT icon. Check the Protect box and click OK. A key icon appears next to the folder to show that password protection is switched on.
To open a protected folder, one needs to enter either the main, or the read-only password of the page. Once you've entered the password, you can reopen protected folders for some time without having to re-enter it. This is convenient when you are using your home or work computer. However, if you open your page from a public place, such as an Internet cafe, a shopping mall, or a library, be sure to close it by pressing the Exit button. This prevents the next user of the same computer from seeing the contents of your protected folders or altering your page.
