If you forget the password, try to guess it anyway. When you enter a wrong password, a Hint button will appear. Click it to see if you have set the Hint Question and Answer for the page. If you have, the Hint Question will be presented to you, and you'll need to provide the exact Hint Answer (as you have set it), and a new password.

If you have not set the Hint Question, create a new page, and copy to it the items from the page with forgotten password. You can copy all items that are not in protected folders.

Don't forget to set the Hint Question and Answer for your new page! Click on the Settings button on your page; select the Security button, then the Password hint button. Confirm your password, and specify the question you want to be asked when you forget the password and the answer you will have to provide in order to reset it, and click OK.
